WHY THE COMMISSION IS WHAT IT IS
I spent years in straight commission sales. Feast or famine. Grinding for people who treated me like a number and paid me like an afterthought. I know what it feels like to work hard for someone else's vision and walk away with barely enough to keep the lights on.
I'm not doing that to you.
This is a real business. Sharon and I built something real and we charge real money for it. Nobody's working for free here — not us, not you. What we make is visible. What you make is visible. That's not something to hide from — that's something to stand behind.
The reason the commission is what it is has nothing to do with strategy and everything to do with memory. I remember exactly what it felt like to be on the other side of a stingy split. I'm not interested in repeating that dynamic — not even from the better seat.
If you believe in this work enough to put your name behind it — you deserve to be paid like you do.
HOW IT WORKS
The product library: Flat 20% commission on every qualified sale through your unique tracking code. No tiers, no thresholds, no games.
The course: The course is $2,497. Commission is tiered based on verified enrollments you bring to a single cohort cycle:
- 1–10 enrollments — 10% per enrollment
- 11–20 enrollments — 15% per enrollment
- 21 or more enrollments — 25% per enrollment, retroactive to your very first enrollment in that cycle
There is no cap on commissions earned. The only cap is the physical reality that Sharon and I can be in the room with 35 people at a time, across three cohorts per cycle — Sunday, Monday, Tuesday. The math is yours to do.
Commissions are paid monthly by the 15th. Minimum payout threshold is $100.
WHAT WE ASK OF YOU
This isn't a link to blast at anyone who'll click it.
The people who come through your door are going to sit in a room with us for six weeks and do some of the hardest honest work of their lives. We take that seriously. We need you to take it seriously too.
Which means before you apply, you need to have purchased at least one product from our library. Not because we need your money. Because you cannot honestly represent something you haven't touched. If this work has moved you — that's the credential. That's the only one that matters here.
The application is straightforward. No performance required. Just honesty about who you are, who your audience is, and why you believe this work belongs in front of them.
- A completed W-9 is required before any tracking code is issued or any commission is paid.
- You are an independent contractor. You are responsible for your own taxes. We will issue a 1099-NEC for any earnings of $600 or more in a calendar year.
Every piece of content you create to promote our products must clearly disclose that you earn a commission. That's not optional — it's FTC law and it's the right thing to do.
THE PREVIEW SESSION
Approximately one week before each cohort begins, we host a free one-hour preview session. This is the real work — not a pitch, not a highlight reel. Chase and Sharon in the room doing what they do.
Every person who attends receives a complimentary copy of Kick Rocks: The Book — Be Real. Be Free. Be You.
As a Partner, this is your primary tool. You don't sell the course. You invite people to the free hour. The hour and the book do the rest.
