My name is Laura, I currently live outside Nashville, Tennessee with my three beautiful daughters and two dachshunds. I love to travel and take in concerts and live theater. I have an associates degree in theater so it is my first love. My kids keep me busy with their activities such as soccer and theater. In my professional life I have over 15 years of corporate training and instructional design experience coupled with over 20 years of management experience in multiple industries. 

None of that is what brought you to this page or my information. What brought you here was the search of something, like me you are seeking for something that you can't put your finger on. Perhaps you have gone from one YouTube channel to the next hoping for an answer. Like me, maybe you joined countless social media groups knowing that the answer just had to be there. Maybe you spent hours a day scouring articles, watching videos, reading posts, listening to lectures, reading books...... praying that the answer you so desperately seek will be tucked away, waiting for you to see it. Maybe you found yourself ugly crying on your kitchen floor. Like me, you have probably written thousands of affirmations, afformations, written astral letters, said the ho'oponopono prayer, countless times,  listen to subliminals, meditated, done breath work, mirror work, cut chords, EFT tapping,  past life regression all in the hopes to find the answer..... to fill that void...... only to be left wondering. Why is everything still the same, why do I still feel this way?

My goal is to help others, people that like me, are searching for an answer. Most of the time we don't even know the question. I want to help you find the answers you seek. To finally release yourself from your own prison that you have built. To be free and enjoy the life you want and richly deserve. To be you. If you are ready. 


Thriver

The logical mind has always ruled me, as it was safe. Getting into my heart space was always scary because of my past, because of the fear of letting go with someone. But holding on to past experiences and fear does not help create a love of a lifetime. It doesn’t keep you safe. Holding on to that baggage, it hinders everything. It makes you grasp at the breadcrumbs instead of understanding your worth. It makes you accept things as they are, instead of realizing the infinite power you have inside of you to create it! Knowing that you can create the love you desire from scratch so to speak is...awe inspiring, freeing, relieving....and you already possess that power inside of you!

It's Time

I’m no expert on life, but I’ve lived long enough to know that sometimes things have to get messy to get clean. Sometimes, we have to fall on our butts to understand what really matters. 
To stop accepting what we thought was what we truly wanted. 

To know who we are and what we are worth. 

To tear down the walls that we have built. 

To allow ourselves feel the love we truly deserve.
